The home provides three private bedrooms offering a queen bed in bedroom one, a queen bed in bedroom two with a smart tv, and twin over twin bunk beds in the third bedroom with smart tv and fun arcade game for the kids. The home also provides two full bathrooms and a laundry area. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your vacation gatherings and entertaining. Where the home really shines is the great outdoor spaces. The Monarch Cove development is known for their sand beach right on West Lake Okoboji, overflow parking area and children's playground area. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
