Summary: Pros: Friendly staff, great location, nice towels. Cons: Terrible room design. Toilet seats that are blocked by the bathroom counter from staying up. Bad lighting that surges with the rattly air-conditioning. Poorly installed rain shower head that is more like having a bucket of water repeatedly dumped on your head. Uncomfortable linens and the worst pillows of any hotel I have been to. Only worth it in a pinch.
