Summary: I asked about recycling and was told that there was no recycling everything was trash. Not a good response. Esmeralda was wonderful at front desk when we arrived. I requested museum tickets but the person at the desk did not know how that was done and promised she would leave a note but we never got tickets. The breakfasts were amazing delicious. Room was very nice.
