Open the door to a charming mud room entryway and fully supplied laundry room and make your way up the stairs to a cozy apartment! It is recently renovated and reflective of the city of Raleigh and the state of North Carolina. The floor plan starts with a welcoming living area with a ceiling fan and queen size pullout sofa. Enjoy playing games or relaxing to a movie as there is a 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV provided.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop and oven, refrigerator, dish-ware/flatware, etc. There is a beautiful island counter with comfy bar stools-the perfect perch! We have free high speed internet if you need to work on your laptop while sipping on a cup of coffee or enjoying some local takeout.

The back bedroom has 2 comfortable queen size beds, a ceiling fan, and if a pack-and-play is needed we can provide it. The bathroom has beautiful tile, a glass walk-in shower complete with shampoo and body washes, fresh towels and wash cloths, a hair dryer, and a basket of spare toiletries in case you forget anything.

There is plenty driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. 2 complimentary 220V EV charging stations. The host lives in a separate home on the property should you need anything at all!
