Positive: Our room was lovely, very clean and spacious. It was quiet and we slept well. Easy access to the building and our room. Supermarket opposite for necessities. Managed to park easily in surrounding area but addition of the car park if required was a bonus. A good 20-25 minute walk into the city which was ok for us, a couple of trips we easily got an Uber for under £5. Reception staff were helpful
Negative: The room is just that, a room in a building, there are no communal areas, such as breakfast options or a lounge to sit. Not a problem for us as we used it as a base to sleep.
