THE SPACE
The Gathering Place was thoughtfully designed to offer all the modern amenities while maintaining a welcoming yet playful atmosphere.
Upon arriving, you'll find convenient parking for two vehicles in the driveway, with plenty of street parking available for additional cars. The garage is reserved for owner storage. The inviting navy blue front door, equipped with a smart lock, allows for easy self check-in.
Upon entering you'll be welcomed by an expansive, open-concept space that seamlessly combines the dining area and kitchen. Picture yourself sharing a meal at the dining table that seats six. The kitchen island, with six bar stools, is ideal for casual dining and socializing. The living room, featuring a large sectional sofa, invites you to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The home is fully air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

Unauthorized Guests and Events: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized guests, parties, or gatherings on the property. The reservation will be terminated without a refund, and the guest may be held responsible for any damages or legal consequences.
Security and Surveillance: For the safety and security of the property, outdoor cameras are installed and in operation at all times. These cameras are located on the exterior of the property and do not monitor any interior spaces. Any attempt to tamper with, disable, or obstruct these cameras will result in the immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Additionally, the guest may be subject to legal action for any damages or tampering with security equipment.
Community Consideration and Quiet Hours: Large groups or parties may not align with the respectful and harmonious atmosphere we aim to maintain for our neighbors. Please note that quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 10 am.

Property Safety and Security: Before setting out on adventures beyond the property, ensure that all doors, windows and gates are securely locked.
