Positive: This is a great place for a short overnight stay! We are grateful to the owner for his hospitality! He made sure that we easily found his apartment and gave us clear instructions for checking in. The apartment has various little things for travelers, including water in the refrigerator. This apartment looks like a typical hotel room. There is a TV, a refrigerator, a small kitchen and a washing machine. Very nice design. Our overall experience has been generally positive.
Negative: I can advise the owner to add dishes, because it is only designed for two people. For three there were only 2 cups and 2 plates. They never made a bed for the third person, although we insistently asked, because we arrived at 2 am and wanted to go to bed right away. The owner sent a photo of the sofa with the bed folded on it. We made it ourselves, it is not a problem, but it is not right. In addition, the bed was very damp. Probably, it is because of the humidity in the atmosphere, but it was very unpleasant to sleep. The double bed is comfortable, but it creaks very loudly with every movement. The biggest problem is the fold-out sofa. I would throw it out altogether. But if the owner cannot replace it, then you need to buy a topper, because the sofa has a very thin mattress. When you lie on it, you feel the entire metal structure under it. It is generally uncomfortable and short. Our child refused to sleep on it.
