Summary: I booked 2 rooms. Mine was ok, apart from a very lumpy mattress (you could feel the springs coming through) and a couple of dead light bulbs. My daughter’s room however stank of cigarette smoke despite being a non- smoking room. We tried to air it by opening all the windows, but it soon came back as its impregnated in the fabric of the room. I tried to make contact with the staff. They still haven’t replied to me. When I phoned the customer service they would extremely rude and completely unhelpful. He belittled me and said it was just my nose. My husband and daughter both have asthma and were being triggered by the smoke. She ended up sleeping on our floor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The customer service was zero. The Continental breakfast was just cheap sliced bread, a children’s variety box of cereal and an unbranded yoghurt. It had potential but seriously let down by the customer service and lack of staff.
