Summary: Great place to stay when wanting a basic motel. It is so clean, I kept thinking it was brand new. The owner is very friendly. There's no ice machine. There's a coffee maker in the room, good for 3 cups of coffee. For 2 people I think they should supply 6 cups worth, which is 2 coffee packs instead of one. Very handy location in Perth. I booked 2 nights and then due to change in plans asked owner to stay 2 more nights. No issues.
