Positive: A modern apartment strategically located in close proximity to the city centre. Metro stop just opposite the building. Comfy mattresses. Owner was prompt in answering queries.
Negative: Booked a 4- night stay. We arrived after 17:00 and only one radiator was working (and stopped working after 1h). The second room was locked so I called the owner to have the code of it and it was even colder. Luckily there was a split aircon available but it took a while to heat the place. Double bed linen so creased that seemed to have been already slept in. Dirty cutlery and cookware. Freezer needs defrosting. Photo attached speak for themself. The hairdryer was missing, the owner blamed the previous guests for stealing it and refused to supply another one until he was refunded. He only relented once I insisted it had nothing to do with us and we absolutely needed one. Finally Netflix isn't available at all unless you have your own account! So why advertise it? All in all a nice apartment but management should definitely improve.
