Summary: Pool was freezing! The towels provided were hand towels, and we were told that we had to use only one towel per person. The hot tub was warm, at best. The room toilet paper was not refilled when we arrived and we had to literally beg for toilet paper. The pillows were not comfortable, they were too small. Beyond that the staff was mean. They were no help and honestly, with the toilet paper I'd have been better off going up the street and buying my own, the quality would have been better. There was also no smoke detector in our room. This has to be a safety violation of some sort.
