Positive: I chose this rental because of the cost and the proximity to the Dodgers Stadium. It was a spacious 1 BR/1 Bath unit with Living and Dining area and full kitchen. The unit was stocked with coffee, cleaning pods and dishwashing soap. In addition, there were several bars of ultra thin soap, and small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Negative: This rental unit did not come with a parking stall. When I called to inquire, they said there would be an additional $20 per day, which was a moot point because the limited parking stalls were taken. There was metered parking along the street, and lots that were charging $5 - $20 to park your car. However, the area is in an undesirable neighborhood and you wouldn't feel safe walking around. At night, the street noise is very loud, I could hear what sounded like gunshots and explosions. Then police sirens, and policy helicopters with searchlights and bull horn. The unit looks like it was furnished by early American Salvation Army. Furniture is scuffed and worn. They only provided two hangers.
