Positive: Location is amazing

Negative: The WiFi didn’t work for a day. The dishwasher never worked. Upon reaching out to the contacts about both, they were less than helpful and it felt like I was talking to robots. The bathing towels are super thin and there were only four provided for a four night trip. The place had bare minimum (minimal cups, pans, etc). One of the keys outlined to be for the building door didn’t work anywhere (luckily there was still a key for this entrance). The place could use a lot of refresh (paint, deep cleaning).

Summary: Location is perfect but the place needs a lot of help.
