Summary: The room was very neglected. The bathroom had no towels for showers or even hand washing. The toilet had a screw driver bit wedged under the edge to prevent the toilet from wobbling ( which did not work). The bathroom door was broken, the bathroom counter top sink was broken away from the wall, the cabinet door was broken, the toilet tank was cracked. The room was very cold when I checked in, so I turned the heat on. I set the heat at 72°. The room quickly became too warm, so I turned the heat down to 66°. The heat ran too hot all night making it uncomfortable to be able to sleep. On the second day I was gone for 9 hours. When I returned to the room after 6:00pm I asked if towels were stocked in my room when maid service was done. I was informed that no one had done my room however I would receive towels. When the towels were brought one of them was torn pretty bad. The side walks weren't cleared of snow. Overall I would say that this was probably the worst experience ever with a motel or hotel. I would rather park on the side of the road and sleep in my pickup truck for the night then to ever consider staying at the Stadium View Inn again.
