The farmhouse is only blocks away from lively shops and local restaurants and cafes and less than a mile from the light rail and Allianz Field. Downtown St. Paul is just 10 minutes away, and downtown Minneapolis is just 15 minutes away. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home maintains its old charm, crooks and quirks while offering the comfort of modern day needs, including updated appliances, central air conditioning and wifi.
This home is small yet spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room. Each bedroom is large and has a work/reading nook. There's an enclosed front porch that's definitely 3 seasons, and can be 4 seasons with a space heater. The farmhouse is a cozy space to gather and enough quiet nooks to enjoy some solitude too.
