Sparrow Cottage also has hardwood floors and fresh paint throughout. This 3-level home has 2 bedrooms, each with a luxurious king-sized bed and a full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom also features a new Roku-based LCD smart TV, a brand-new sofa, a sitting chair, and a coffee table. Please Note: Due to the owners' severe allergies, no pets are allowed. This home has 2 exterior security cameras (one on the main level front porch and the other on the lower level entry area). The fire pit and chairs are stored beneath the deck when not in use to make room for overflow parking.
