Surrounded by pines and tucked away in a bend of the Blue River, this rustic mountain home offers every modern amenity. Wood-paneled walls and ceilings create a cozy atmosphere that will have you lounging by the fire with a mug of hot cocoa as you watch the fresh snow coating the conifers just outside. The large dining table easily seats eight comfortably with the option of pulling over a bar stool for additional seating.
The spacious master bedroom is plush with fresh linens to lull you into a restful nights sleep. The guest room and bunk room offer ample sleeping arrangements. The triple-stack bunk beds are not equipped with safety rails, and we suggest the top level be reserved for adults only!
The private hot tub offers a secluded place to relax during a snowstorm.
In the summer, gather the family on the back deck and listen to the Blue River gurgling just behind the cabin. This is an authentic mountain experience, and you won't want to miss out!

Winter Highlights:
Less than 4 miles to the Breckenridge chairlifts. Relax after a day of skiing in the six-person hot tub on the deck of this beautiful home. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
Relax in the swings overlooking the Blue River in the lovely back yard of this property. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
