The home is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores or restaurants you can think of. Right next to the Waldo area of KC. We are only minutess from Price Chopper and Aldi grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
We are only 10 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, Rockhurst and Kemper Museum.
15 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium and Hy-Vee arena
25-30 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
Ward Parkway has a wide, landscaped median, which is decorated with fountains and statuary. Many of Kansas City's finest large houses are along Ward Parkway in the Country Club District.
Waldo is a vibrant neighborhood and business district located in the heart of Kansas City. This beautiful two story home is a great space for your group. You'll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the first floor. Along with a full kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom.
The 2nd floor is an open space where you'll find a king and queen bed, full bath and a large desk that's perfect for working from home.
The fenced in backyard is great for hanging out around the fire pit or enjoying a meal at the picnic table. The kids will especially love the slide that's attached to the deck.
The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available.
No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
