Summary: This stay was a positive experience. Overall, you get what you pay for. The pros: Price, location, outside sitting area, luggage storage, iron and blow dryer, A/C, fridge and microwave, nice neighborhood The cons: The room stayed damp, no switching towels over a 4 day period - so they never dried, the neighbors weren’t as quiet as they could have been, lots of concrete around so dogs and humans urinate outside and it doesn’t get washed away If it wasn’t for the musky feel, we would stay again the next time we are in San Diego. Because of that, we might consider waiting until the cooler months, so the window A/C unit would be enough.
