Summary: There wasn’t a telephone in the room to call the office to explain one of the Venetian blind blades was missing and sitting next the the window and the TV reception needed to be reset. It was fine the staff turned to heat on for my arrival. However, the thermostat read 87° and the room never cool off even with the first floor windows cracked open for ventilation. I was able to turn the heat off. But as I left the following morning, the thermostat still read a stifling 75°
