Positive: Warm and clean

Negative: We had someone banging on the window on the first morning of our stay, did not know who it was, woke us up and continued banging on the glass aggressively until we answered , scared us and was not aware he was calling! The owner then ghosted us for the rest of the stay refusing to answer any communication .extremely immature! Sykes cottages do not respond and are a dreadful company!

Summary: Pleasant apart from the owners behaviour!
