Instantly feel at home in this gorgeous, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, with a screened-in pool, warm jacuzzi tub, an outdoor kitchen with a TV, and a large outdoor dinner table! Indoors, our fully stocked and spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fine meal. The modern, open floor plan has plenty of room for large groups, which includes a 4-bed bunk room equipped with an arcade game and toys, for our younger guests.
Within 15 minutes from Tampa's Downtown and the iconic Riverwalk, as well as many other sought after destinations like Busch Gardens Theme park, Hard Rock Casino, Raymond James Stadium and the George Steinbrenner Field - This home is a one-story, open floor plan, newly remodeled and beautifully designed with a natural -tropical feel, to quickly ease you into vacation mode. As you walk into the house, the living room, dining and kitchen are designed as one wide-open space for comfortable gathering. The first bedroom and den, is just off of the dining room with a door leading to the back patio. Down the hall from the dining room, are the 3 additional bedrooms, and two bathrooms . Walking to the end of the hallway also leads to the large, fully screened pool and backyard space, with a second and full outdoor kitchen, including fridge, gas grill, and bar stools, to enjoy some outdoor entertaining. This is also where the third and nicely tiled pool bathroom is located for your convenience. This home away from home is perfect in every way, during the day you can soak up some Florida sun while you lounge by the pool, and in the evening, you can relax by the fire pit and roast some marshmallows ! Our large outdoor 12 person dining table lit with with hanging string lights, is perfect for family gathering under the stars! .
