Summary: Absolutely loved this hotel. It just ticked all the boxes for me. Immaculate rooms, substantial breakfast buffet with great views out to the ocean, option to swim in pools (indoor or outdoor) plus the amazing rock pool complete with lifeguards. Lots of quite spaces to lose yourself. Choice of numerous restaurants, state of the arc gym, fitness classes with views of the ocean, etc etc. What is there not to love about this place? I plan to return very soon. The Spa - oh my goodness this was amazing and the girls who carried out the treatments were just delightful. Only problem (which is NOT the hotel's faults) is flying in and out of Madeira as it is very windy!
