"Sea Breeze" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury beachfront home. This rental features 10 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Boasting features such as a private beachfront pool, indoor game room, multiple open concept living areas, indoor elevator and stunning views of the emerald coast from all fully furnished walkout balconies! Located on the tranquil West end of Panama City Beach, it's in a prime location for the perfect beach getaway.
Located on the first floor of the home are three queen over queen bunk bedrooms, each with private en-suites. Also on this floor you will find a spacious poolside entertainment room featuring foosball, a pool table, large flat screen tv and an oversized kitchenette with ample counter space and seating (for added convenience there is also a half bathroom). The main hallway has a stackable washer and dryer which comes in handy for a quick-dry of your towels and swimsuits! The sliding glass doors open up to the large private beachfront pool and deck which include lounge chairs, a dining table and charcoal grill. Just a few steps from the pool deck is a private beach boardwalk and outdoor shower as well.
Head up to the second floor and experience the stunning beach views from every angle of the main kitchen, double dining tables and living area. Beachside dining is also a must on the open-air furnished balcony! There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, a king room and a bunk room featuring 2 twin over twin bunk beds, each room has their own private en-suite.
There are a variety of additional bedrooms on the third floor, including a spacious beachfront king master suite. In addition to an in-room dry bar (mini-fridge, sink & coffee maker), wall to wall windows with private furnished balcony, the beachfront king master suite also has an open concept layout with a birds eye view for miles of the coastline, its en-suite offers a luxurious experience with a full walk-in shower, double wall vanities and separate soaking tub! Down the hall on the North side is another king bedroom and a bunk room with two twin over twins bunks, both rooms have their own private en-suites as well. For added convenience, there is a full sized washer and dryer on this floor.
The fourth floor has a unique layout of bedrooms on both the North and South sides. Located on the beachside is a spacious beachfront king master suite with a private furnished walkout balcony as well as luxury en-suite with a porthole view of the beach from the soaking tub, large double vanities and full walk-in shower. On the opposite end of the home is an awesome dorm-style room that is spacious enough to feature two twin over twin bunks, two single twin beds one queen over queen bunk, an in-room vanity and additional double shower bathroom.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
"Sea Breeze" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk!

Sea Breeze requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
2025:
Summer: July 22-July 27 (Sunday-Sunday)
Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.

Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
