Positive: The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is beautifully designed, peaceful, and thoughtfully run, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding service. I would especially like to recognize Macc, he consistently went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression. He anticipated needs before I even asked and always did so with warmth and professionalism. I would also like to sincerely thank Nook :)She was incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming, and took the time to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her calm confidence and gracious manner made me feel truly valued as a guest. Saata is a special place, and staff members like Macc and Nook are the reason. Their dedication, hospitality, and attention to detail reflect the highest standards of service. I am very grateful for the care I received and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional and memorable experience.
