Positive: Property and house were well maintained. Beach adjacent, and cold AC.
Negative: Ants all over the kitchen even with no food out, after using bug spray I found 3 species. Gate has a motor but its broken and has a nest in it. Not fun to walk through mud to open and close the gate in pouring rain.
