Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, in the jacuzzi room. Can’t complain too much, the room itself was very nice and luxurious with the beautiful marble jacuzzi tub and spacious environment. The location was peaceful and not crowded at all and with plenty of parking space. However the room itself was very dusty with dirt smearings on the walls and light switches (we went out and bought some cleaning supplies). Our room also was missing the bottom base of the door inviting several bugs into the room (mosquitoes, spiders). There were also several stains (feces or blood) on the bed itself and sheets. One of which was blamed on us and because of this the hosts’ were trying to keep our deposit ($100) which also was asked to be mandatory in cash. Very hostile host when it came to dealing with this situation & blaming us considering the bedding was already stained along with the towels and walls. We kept the room as tidy as we could to ensure not to lose our deposit however because of this situation over $10 sheets we almost lost $100. Was very disappointed experiencing this as I gave them grace on the room and was actually content with this location and pushed on coming back. You’ll enjoy your stay here however be weary of losing your deposit over the smallest of details which I personally believe is only them trying to keep your money. If I would have known how serious this situation was to them I would have pushed for the same demands for the conditions of the room.
