Travel Purpose: business

Positive: A very friendly receptionist, and it took less than 5 minutes to check in. The room was nice and clean with an en suite bathroom. The shower was nice and spacious, and hot water was available. The bed was very comfortable, and plenty of pillows were available. A TV was provided, along with a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk, as well as a hairdryer (not sure if it worked, as I didn't have to use it). Check out was anytime before 10.30 am and was easy and simple. Thankyou for a great and comfortable experience.

Negative: This is just for feedback. As I am a single female, although it was a key-card locking system, I would've much preferred an extra lock on the inside just for extra peace of mind. I would definatly book in again at this hotel but I will politely ask for another room other than number 19 only because it was above the entrance/exit door which was constantly getting slammed shut, which at one point, it shook the bed I was sat on at the time, however it did stop after 10-10.30pm hence why i didnt feel the need to ask to move. That is the only thing that let this hotel down, which is a shame as everything else was excellent for the money.
