Summary: Room itself was quite nice. The floor in the foyer was ripped up and stank of sewage up to the 1st floor. Every message we sent the business was unsanswered before checking in so not 24/7 service. We werent given a code before hand and when we asked for the code and check in, we got rudeness. When our flight was cancelled, we called the business for another night at the property, after getting ignored via messaging and were hung up on rudely after being told no. Following day a hour before check out he texted us saying it was okay to stay another day but we already left.
