Summary: Much newer than the last residence inn we stayed at in buffalo the 2 previous nights, cleaner, newer. I was a bit discouraged when they mentioned a $75 pet fee however, at time of check in, as NOT mentioned on the website, and the only hotel in 8 nights away on vacation that charged me for my 11 pound service dog, so that was the only, large negative
