The moment you walk into Compass Point 182, you'll be taken away by the unobstructed and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, right from your living room and private lanai. This two-bedroom unit also features a den and can sleep up to six guests. Whether it's pelicans diving down to catch their morning meals or a pod of dolphins swimming by, you'll truly enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of this condo without ever feeling like youโre in a condo complex. Itโs the perfect weekly getaway!
As you walk into the condo youโll notice a den area off to your left. Across from the den area is the guest bedroom that features a king bed and a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Walking further into the condo youโll enter the spacious kitchen and living area. Off from the living room is the primary bedroom that features, not only a king bed and ensuite bathroom, but also has fantastic views of the Gulf as well. Enjoy your morning coffee out the lanai that can be entered from the master bedroom or the living room If youโre not enjoying the beach, take a dip in the complexโs heated pool, play a game of tennis/shuffleboard or enjoy grilling out by the BBQ grills.
The kitchen boasts updated cupboards, counter tops, stainless steel appliances with a beautiful attention to detailed tiled back splash. Elegant large tile, carpeting and crown molding. Both bathrooms have new sinks, cupboards, lighting, mirrors, flooring and upgraded tiled walk-in showers. The master bedroom has all new furniture, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a King size bed and remote TV. The den closes off to become a 3rd sleeping area with 2 twin size beds. The living room has a new couch and love seat, flat screen TV. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and High-Speed Wireless Internet. No pets and no smoking allowed per the condo association.
