Positive: It was quiet. Close beach access.
Negative: I'm sure its rare to have to turn the heat on but the weather dropped pretty drastically with the highs in the 40s to 50s, we turned the heat on,the bottom never reached a comfortable warm while the upstairs was roasting. We froze downstairs even with our blankets we brought from home. Just a inconvenience that the garage door had broke the previous week so we were unable to use the garage while raining and putting kids in & out of the truck. We travel for vacation & rent condos & houses and have never had to provide our own toilet paper,paper towels, dish soap or garbage bags before. Just an extra expense that we wasnt aware,but realize every rental is different. The listing didnt state about those essentials.
