Summary: This hotel was close to our family. The room was considered ADA. Nothing could be further from the truth. There was a huge chair which affected movement. The shower was a regular step over tub. An awkward tub chair was provided but unstable. Lots of handrails (a plus). Cracks and pieces of exposed tile in the surround. The in room phone was dead. I told management. It was never fixed the entire 4 nights we were there. Breakfast was sufficient. Wrought iron fence surrounded property (good). Homeless encampment on the street behind the property. All guests appeared to try to park at the front of the property due to the encampment. We will not be staying here again.
