Summary: The hotel was ok and in a good location but the service was terrible. They were understaffed and uncontactable on the drive up. We had to queue for check-in for an uncomfortable period of time. The room was dated and not what I'd expect of a Radisson Blu. Breakfast was disappointing at most.
