Summary: Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. The property was generally very clean but there were some stains on walls and ceilings etc. and could have done with a refresh. Kitchen was well equipped but as with other reviews make sure you have your own cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper and spare toilet rolls. There are plenty of places to shop nearby for these. Swimming pool was pleasant, sometimes a bit chilly in September (about 25 degrees Celsius) but can imagine is very refreshing on a hot day. They supply baby equipment for free but bedrooms were small leaving almost no room for a cot, we had to move the bed up against the wall to fit a cot in our room. The baby bath also looked like it had taken a trip to the beach and not been cleaned! Overall it was a good value stay and we had a lovely time, just don’t expect perfection.
