Summary: Friendly check in service. Liked that on the bottom floor you had outside / inside access to your room. However the inside door was discovered to pop open easily due to a malfunction on the latch (you had to push very hard to hear it actually close), so could be a safety issue. Also the couch in the room was filthy with stains all over and the room smelled awful. Bed was comfortable enough however.
