Hola, me presento: soy Al Moreno, el anfitrion amigo que siempre ayuda, de dia y de noche, atendiendo a los huespedes, haciendo en manera que cada cual se sienta como en su propia casa.
El apartamento #1 es parte de una casa, recien remodelada, situada en zona verde residencial, central, muy tranquila y segura: en 7-10 minudos se llega a la playa de arena blanca y agua cristalina poco profunda sin piedras! Hay rascacielos que se ven a lo largo de toda la costa incluso los del ex presidente Donald Trump. Los comercios estan cerca de la casa: caminando se alcanzan los primeros dos supermarket en 2-3 menudos. Taxi Uber y Lift (a bajo costo) estan disponibles y asimismo buses para cada ruta. El parqueo, delante de la casa, es por gratis y por gratis esta tambien la internet wi-fi de alta velocidad. Alquiler de bicicletas de la casa disponible por 10 dollares al dia.
Hay mucho que visitar y disfrutar en Hallandale Beach. Entre las muchas actraciones hay: carreras de caballo y de perros a nivel mundial, competencias de golf, casinos, el inmenso y lujoso Aventura Mall, el espectacular paseo sobre el mar de Hollywood (ciudad confinante), las ciudades cercanas famosas como Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, Miami y Miami Beach, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, etc... Hallandale Beach es la ciudad de playa preferida por los norteamericanos por su clima y la playa de arena blanca y agua cristalina sin piedras. Por su paradisiaca belleza esta ciudad esta siempre repleta de turistas de todo el mundo. Mas a Norte se encuentra Orlando con sus Universal Studios y Disney World. Hay bares, cafeterias y restaurantes por toda parte, para todo gusto y precio. Se encuentran tambien parques, clubs, bancos, tiendas de todo tipo y ademas q supermarkets muy grandes como WALMART, PUBLIX, WINN DIXIE, TARGET, HOME DEPOT, ROSS, BIG LOT, WALGREEN, SEDANO, PRESIDENT, FAMILY DOLLAR, DOLLAR TREE, etc...
De mi parte, como anfitrion, mis huespedes tienen todas las atenciones y ayuda que se merecen: en mi casa todos se sienten como en sus proprios hogares!

Different rooms- refrigerator, microwave, independent air conditioning, wi-fi internet, bathroom (with 4 people at most if there are other guests in the house), large garden with hammocks enter the trees, private entrance with key. Anyone who wants can order breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, at convenient price (Italian cook as to lick your fingers, yayayaaaa !.)
The room is part of a house, recently remodeled, located in a beautiful green residential area, central, very quiet and safe: in 10 minutes you will reach the beach! The shops are very close to the house: walking are reached in 3 minutes. Taxi Uber and Lift (at low cost), are on hand cover and also the bus stops for all routs. The parking lot, in front of the house, is for free and also the wi-fi internet.
There is so much to visit and enjoy at Hallandale Beach. Among the many attractions are: world-class horse and dog racing, golf competitions, casinos, the very beg and luxurious Aventura Mall, the spectacular promenade over the sea of Hollywood Florida, the nearby cities of Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, Miami and Miami Beach, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and the wonderful white sandy beach and crystal clear water of Hallandale Beach, packed with tourists from all over the world. Further north is Orlando with its Universal Studios and Disney World. There are bars, cafes and restaurants throughout, for all tastes and prices as well as huge parks, clubs, banks, shops and supermarkets like WALMART, PUBLIX, WINN DIXIE, TARGET, HOME DEPOT, ROSS, etc ...
