Positive: Even it's place a little outside and there is a workshop on the left side, the general view and the feeling of the boat feels nice and comfy. Everything was clean and new. We've prepared by taking our bed sheets and pillow covers (It is important to read all explanations about the place). We haven't got any issues with the electricity. Probably if you overuse the heater, it makes you pay the overprice since you are using the extra electricity. There was a gas grill in the front deck. You don't need to bring anything related with it. Parking place is on the other side of the harbor. It is not far away. Maybe 2-3 minutes by walk. Overall, we are quite satisfied with all our experience with the houseboat,
Negative: Only small issue was that we couldn't reach the parking spot in the first place. The sign can be missed easily. And only one small thing was that, we didn't know that we need to ask for password to collect the keys an waited couple of minutes before we could go in.
