Positive: Beautiful view Excellent facilities Location brilliant- easy to get to other facilities and shops
Negative: Problems with fire / carbon monoxide alarm for 2 nights - needs seeing to efficiently- kept us awake by beeping. Vacasa asked us to remedy it ourselves- we are here on holiday not to do chores! We mess as Ged frequently with Vacasa/ unimpressed by support. Would like either a voucher for a stay if we use them again or a partial refund. Definitely a follow up. Put batteries in the tv remotes- we used ours from home to make one work.
