Summary: The bed had dirty linens that had clearly not been changed since the previous tenants and had apparently not been changed in a very long time. There were stains, makeup, other people's hair, etc. on the linens. Dust on the shelves, and poorly washed dishes. Also, the instructions for accessing the entrance were very poor, and the managers were unavailable at night, making it impossible to get help. It took us 40 minutes to open the entrance, as the instructions didn't indicate where to apply the magnetic key.
