Great for relaxing and sunning with pool, big patio table & chaise loungers. Super comfy beds with fluffy comforters & plenty of soft towels in the baths. Gourmet kitchen: WOLF range, specialty cooking tools, lots of pots and pans, and a coffee station too. Enjoy the peaceful environment while being close to all the fun stuff L.A. has to offer.
NOTE: Home is 2 main streets from trendy Ventura Blvd and very freeway on/offramp close - compare to other listings that are further north... being south is preferable in this neighborhood.
King bed in front master, Queen bed in pool-view back, and Queen Plus in convertible den (American Leather Sleeper Sofa with no bar in the middle) with privacy doors.
Great local neighborhood for walking. There are also beautiful hiking trails nearby in the Santa Monica Mountains. If you're traveling without a car and need to get somewhere fast, I'm usually available for a quick shuttle service!! If you do have a car, there's plenty of parking. Check Metro.net for public transportation.

As noted in other sections of this listing: I LIVE ON THE PROPERTY IN A SEPARATE/PRIVATE GUEST UNIT IN THE BACK THAT IS ACCESSED VIA THE DRIVEWAY (the driveway runs along the side of the dining room and kitchen windows). The entire house, pool and backyard are all yours; the back half of the driveway and my house are gated and fenced for privacy for both of us.
