Positive: The hosts are very welcoming and warm. I was travelling by bike and left my bike in the garden overnight, which was very convenient for safety. It is a quiet area, with a pub in a 1 minute walk. Very good breakfast. Perfect if you are cycling in Cornwall since the National Cycle Route 32 runs right down the street.
