The house has a south-facing terrace (awning and courtyard) where you will like to find yourself enjoying a good breakfast, a sun bath, or even a very fresh aperitif accompanied by good grilled meats. The terrace is equipped with a water point for returning from the beach, a gas griddle, a table and 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs and 2 deck chairs, to enjoy the flowery garden.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people, it is divided into two floors, on the ground floor, you will find the living space, with a living room, a comfortable corner where you can sit on one of the two sofas to enjoy a TV moment (DVD player) or a fire with its pellet stove.
