Positive: Convenient location to visit our dad in assisted living
Negative: Needs to be spruced up, easy to do. Get a different cleaner who cleans around the edges! Clean everything including all outdoor furniture. .All new towels and rugs and sheets are needed. Kitchen is nice. Fix the kitchen faucet once and for all
Summary: Our basic needs were satisfied. Michael is nice and an entertains host.
