3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom freestanding, single-family home. Approximately 1,600 sq. ft. plus spacious backyard. 6 min drive to Will Roger's State beach, 6 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Caruso' s Palisades Village, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Sunday farmer's market.

-Gas fireplace in living room is decorative only, due to high fire hazard in this area we do not use it.
Fully stocked with extra towels & linens.
Toiletries are all organic and include hand & bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and all the essentials.

Entire home is accessible other than the garage and upper shed in the backyard.
