Opening Doors Monumental - IDEAL FOR FAMILIES
Located in the district of Eixample, 10 minutes walking distance from Sagrada Familia temple and next to the old bullring La Monumental. It has excellent transport connection by metro and bus. It is located on the fourth floor of a residential building with elevator. The four bedrooms and living-dining room face to exterior, that becomes a very bright apartment. It has two terraces available where you can have breakfast.
From Opening Doors we are doing everything possible to offer a safe space to our guests. For this reason, before you arrive, we thoroughly clean the apartment and disinfect the surfaces of most contact. We will receive you while maintaining social distance and wearing a mask. Please also wear yours.

It has four bedrooms, all with single beds and doors. Three of them with two single beds and the last one with one single bed.
Two complete bathrooms with and shower and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a washing machine and dryer, iron and iron board.
The living room has a sofa where you can relax, watch TV or listen to music. There is an air conditioning in the living room and free wifi throughout the apartment.
We rent the entire apartment for private use for you and your group.
We provide bed linen, towels and hand soap.
Baby cot available under request.

The building is located within walking distance from point of interests such as The Agbar tower, Sagrada Familia Temple, Gaudí Avenue, the hospital museum of Santa Creu i Sant Pau, Plaza Monumental, Encants second hand Market, Concert hall (Auditori) and national Theatre (Teatre nacional), Barcelona design museum, Puntxas house, main shopping street Paseo de Gracia and the Arc de Triomphe.
Excellent transport to the beach: 15 minutes by bus.
The neighborhood has good services of all kinds, bars, restaurants, markets and local shops.
The area is perfect for those who want to have quick access to every highlight of the city… a complete tourist experience!
Monumental (purple line – L2 ) and Glorias (L1- red line) are the nearest underground lines. Bus Nº 7 and 56 in front of the building takes you to the city center in 8 minutes and to Barcelona Fútbol Club Stadium.
Bus V23 takes you to the beach in 18 minutes.
We also offer a parking space in the building not included in the price.

*A deposit payment of €300 is required via credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the same card, after the apartment inspection, 7 days after the check-out date (Airbnb reservations exempted).
*This apartment is located in a residential building. According to the community rules this apartment is suitable only for families and adults over 30 years old.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, you can do it in the balcony. It is not allowed to light candles.
* According to local regulations it is mandatory to show a personal ID (Passport or european ID).
* Pets and parties are not allowed. The peace and rest of neighbors must be respected from 10pm-8am. If we receive complaints from the neighbors of loud music, noises or anti-social behavior we reserve the right to expel from the apartment with no refund.
* Before you check-out, please deposit the garbage in the dumpsters outside the building and leave dirty dishes inside the dishwasher. Extra cleaning hour for excessive garbage or dirty apartment: 15€ + VAT 21%.
*Late check in supplement: 30€ from 8pm-11pm; 50€ from 11pm - 2am
*Local city tax not included: 6.88€ x night x adult (max 7 nights)
*Set of keys not returned: 150€
*Bed linen or towels stained (sunscreen, makeup, shoe sole, tinted) or damaged: 15€ each.
* We request you to avoid waste and make responsible use of electricity, water and gas supplies. Excessive consumption may result in the deduction of amounts from the security deposit.
