Summary: Wasn’t ready for early check in, elevator didn’t work, trash cans weren’t picked up, landscaping was all weeds, prior occupant food was still in the oven, broken dishwasher full of dirty dishes, maintenance had to be called 3 times to address. We asked for the early check in refund we paid off $200 and were only offered $75. Hugely inconvenient to sit in a driveway with 5 children under 8 and toddlers for the response we received. We were told the person I. Charge of our cottage was vacationing in Mexico and we would hear back from her the following Wednesday. We also pointed out the guest book had similar complaints written but apparently no one is looking at this. Management isn’t paying attention
