If you are looking for a beautiful four bedroom, two bath home with a heated pool to rent for your vacation look no further! Everything is brand new and the house has recently been renovated. The home is located in a beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a large private backyard with a hot tub and a heated pool and a beanbag game for anyone who wants to play outside. There is also a comfortable seating area with a fire pit under the covered patio, along with a nice four burner propane grill if you want to cook outside. There is an extra cost of $50 per day for heating the pool to cover the cost. The pool heater is electric and electric heaters are not as efficient as gas heaters. But during the coldest months we can’t guarantee 83° as the preferred setting. (please note if you do want to order the pool heat we have to turn the heater on a couple of days before your arrival so the pool would be heated for the entire stay)

The home features a perfect open concept so everyone can relax and enjoy the space. The large new kitchen boasts a beautifully big granite island with seating, so everyone can enjoy each other‘s company while there are people preparing the food. The open concept living room is attached, with a comfortable leather sectional couch, so people can sit back and relax while watching TV, or talking with friends.

The kitchen is fully stocked so there is everything you need to prepare a nice meal. The house also includes all the bedding and linens and towels you would need. Just fyi, the home has a standard coffee maker only, no keurig.

This is a single level home with a split floor plan so the guests that use the master bedroom and master bathroom are separated from the other side of the home, which houses the three other bedrooms and the spare bathroom. The master bedroom is nice sized and the master bathroom is stunning! Huge shower and fantastic tile work and counters throughout with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the three additional bedrooms all have queen size beds. All of the bedrooms are set up with comfortable memory foam mattresses! There is a comfortable sofa/sleeper in the front room area that will sleep an additional two people if needed, bringing the total number of guests to 10.

There is a separate living room area in the front of a house with a television and board games in case you want room for the kids to play games or watch tv, and the adults can sit in the other sitting area and watch whatever they want.

There is a separate laundry room with newer front loading washer and dryer.

The home is located just a few miles from the 202 freeway which can get you basically anywhere you need to be in Arizona! Shopping and restaurants are just a couple of miles down the road with plenty of choices. You will never want to leave!
