Whether you’re in the mood for a lazy day by the water, grabbing tacos at a lakeside café, or chasing sunsets over Lake Travis, this neighborhood has a little something for everyone. It’s the kind of place locals keep to themselves, and we’re excited for you to experience it.
⭐Mary Quinlan Park: Just 1.5 miles from the property, about a 5-minute drive. Walking is possible but will take around 30 minutes, so driving is the better option for convenience. Perfect for a lakeside picnic, kayaking, or a quiet nature escape.
⭐ Ski Shores Cafe: A local favorite located about 3 miles away—roughly a 10-minute drive. Walking isn’t ideal due to the distance, but this lakeside gem is worth the trip for burgers, tacos, and live music.

If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
