This is a 400sq ft studio with a balcony and partial ocean view. The studio has a queen size bed and a sofa that converts into a full/double size bed. There are high quality furnishings and the studio is well maintained at all times.

Nestled in the heart of the city, this landmark not only graces the skyline but is located almost directly on the beach (across the street from the beach).
There is an incredible ocean view with Queen Mary from the building’s floors, or the solarium on the 12th floor.
You can also grab a delicious coffee at the cafe Rose Park (located on building’s ground floor) and enjoy it in the building’s garden.
